1. Free Standard Shipping

mlle-champetrex.shop provides:

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS.

No minimum purchase value is required for standard shipping unless a different lawful offer is clearly communicated before checkout.

Customers will not be charged an undisclosed standard shipping fee after an order has been completed.

2. Standard Delivery Time

Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is:

15–20 calendar days

The timeframe applicable to a particular order begins following successful order confirmation and processing, subject to the specific delivery information communicated during checkout or in the order confirmation.

French ecommerce rules require sellers to communicate delivery information before conclusion of a distance contract. Where no delivery date has been agreed, delivery must generally take place no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract.

Where a more specific delivery date or period is communicated for an individual order, that information should be read together with this Shipping Policy.

3. Order Processing

After an order is successfully placed, it may undergo:

  • Payment confirmation;
  • Fraud screening;
  • Address verification;
  • Inventory allocation;
  • Picking;
  • Packing; and
  • Handover to the shipping provider.

Customers will normally receive an order confirmation electronically.

Shipment information may be provided when the parcel enters the carrier network.

4. Delivery Estimates

The 15–20 calendar-day delivery timeframe is our standard delivery estimate.

Actual delivery may be affected by circumstances including:

  • Destination;
  • Carrier operations;
  • Customs procedures where applicable;
  • Severe weather;
  • Transport disruption;
  • Public holidays;
  • Incorrect delivery information;
  • Security incidents;
  • Extraordinary demand; or
  • Events beyond reasonable control.

However, descriptions of possible delay do not remove mandatory consumer rights relating to agreed delivery deadlines.

5. Delivery Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.

This includes, where relevant:

  • Recipient name;
  • Street address;
  • Building or apartment information;
  • Postal code;
  • City;
  • Country; and
  • Contact information required by the carrier.

Customers should review the address carefully before submitting the order.

6. Address Changes

If you discover an error in your delivery address, contact:

info@mlle-champetrex.shop

as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before dispatch.

Once a parcel has entered the shipping network, an address change may no longer be technically possible.

Customers remain protected by applicable law where responsibility for a delivery problem legally rests with the seller.

7. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided by email or through the relevant order-status interface.

Tracking updates are supplied by the shipping provider and may not always occur in real time.

A temporary absence of tracking movement does not necessarily mean that the parcel has stopped moving.

8. Multiple Parcels

An order containing several products may occasionally be delivered in more than one parcel.

Where this occurs:

  • Parcels may arrive on different dates;
  • Tracking information may differ between parcels; and
  • The order should not be considered complete until all components have been delivered.

Where the consumer's statutory withdrawal period depends on receipt of multiple goods delivered separately, applicable French rules concerning receipt of the final item remain unaffected.

9. Delivery Attempts

Carriers may:

  • Deliver to the stated address;
  • Attempt redelivery;
  • Leave an appropriate notification;
  • Deliver to an authorised collection location; or
  • Use another lawful delivery procedure.

Customers should follow carrier instructions where a delivery attempt has been missed.

10. Delayed Orders

If an order has not arrived within the communicated delivery period, contact:

info@mlle-champetrex.shop

Please include the order number.

Under French consumer law, where goods are not delivered on the agreed date or within the agreed period, the consumer may in qualifying circumstances require delivery within an additional reasonable period and may subsequently terminate the contract if delivery is still not made. In certain circumstances where the delivery date was an essential condition, termination may be available without first granting an additional period.

Where a contract is validly terminated for non-delivery, reimbursement must be made within the period required by applicable law. French government guidance states that the professional has 14 days to reimburse in the circumstances described by the applicable delayed-delivery rules.

11. Lost Parcels

If tracking information suggests that a parcel may have been lost, contact:

info@mlle-champetrex.shop

We may investigate with the carrier.

Customers may be asked to provide reasonable information necessary to support the investigation.

We will address confirmed lost shipments consistently with applicable consumer law.

12. Packages Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check the delivery location and surrounding safe places;
  2. Ask members of the household whether they accepted the parcel;
  3. Review any delivery notification supplied by the carrier; and
  4. Contact us promptly at info@mlle-champetrex.shop.

We may request an investigation from the carrier.

A carrier's tracking status does not override mandatory consumer rights where the legal requirements for delivery have not been satisfied.

13. Damaged Packages

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, retain the packaging where reasonably possible and contact:

info@mlle-champetrex.shop

Provide the order number and, where practical, photographs showing:

  • Outer packaging;
  • Shipping label;
  • Damage to the package; and
  • Damage to the product.

This information can assist with carrier investigation and resolution.

Failure to provide photographs does not automatically remove statutory rights.

14. Incorrect Products

If you receive a product different from the product ordered, contact us promptly at:

info@mlle-champetrex.shop

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable consumer law.

15. Customs, Duties and Cross-Border Shipments

Where goods are shipped internationally, customs procedures may apply.

Any mandatory taxes, duties or import charges will be handled or disclosed in accordance with the ordering model, checkout information and applicable law.

Customers will not knowingly be subjected to undisclosed charges that the seller is legally required to disclose before purchase.

16. Risk of Loss

For consumer orders, responsibility for loss or damage during delivery is determined by applicable mandatory consumer law.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy transfers transportation risk to the consumer earlier than permitted by law.

17. Refused Deliveries

Refusing delivery does not necessarily constitute a valid statutory withdrawal.

A consumer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal should provide a clear statement of withdrawal in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

18. Unclaimed Packages

If a parcel is held for collection and is not collected, it may be returned to the sender.

Customers should contact us if they become aware of a collection or delivery problem.

Any resulting costs will be handled only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Force Majeure and Extraordinary Disruption

Exceptional circumstances may disrupt transportation.

Possible examples include severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, widespread transport interruption, government restrictions or other events beyond reasonable control.

Where such circumstances occur, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material effects on affected orders.

Mandatory rights relating to delivery, cancellation and reimbursement remain applicable.

20. Shipping Policy and Consumer Rights

This policy is intended to supplement, not replace, applicable French consumer law.

Nothing in this policy excludes:

  • Statutory delivery rights;
  • The right of withdrawal;
  • The legal guarantee of conformity;
  • Remedies for non-delivery; or
  • Any other mandatory protection.
